Just in time deliveries
Van Hoecke delivers its products from stock throughout the Benelux, within 24 hours. This is organised from our ultra-modern distribution centre in Sint-Niklaas. This centre covers 11,000m² and has more than 9,000 pallet places.
An automatic stock management system controls the operation and processes orders. This ensures that Van Hoecke is rapid, precise and efficient.

Service for industrial customers
We have a perfect understanding with large producers of contract furniture. We support the sales strategy and marketing. We think along right up until the assembly line and beyond. We are deeply involved in the production process and contribute towards more effective profitability and smoother production.
From certain volumes, we use recyclable packaging to help reduce the direct production costs.

Customer service for cabinet makers
Our customer service agents also take care of cabinet makers and interior builders. We take their project-based approach into account. Their requirements for information is much more varied than for contract production. That is why Van Hoecke works with trained furniture makers. They drive directly to the customer with their demonstration van, and present the most appropriate solution.

Commercial Internal Sales
As a customer, you have a permanent contact person. This person supports you if you have any questions or would like more information. All internal sales employees are experts in furniture fittings, and receive continuous training. Their knowledge is always up-to-date.
They will help you with processing your orders and drawing up quotes. They provide logistical support. You can also rely on internal sales staff for technical advice: from practical questions to more complex issues regarding furniture fittings.
