Dear Customer,

Two weeks ago, the measures to combat the spread of the Coronavirus forced us into the difficult decision to temporarily close down our manufacturing. At that time, it was unfortunately not possible to guarantee the safety of our staff and respect the rules around social distancing.

But you know us, we didn't throw in the towel. As a ‘Factory of the Future’, we can show our resilience and innovation even in difficult times. Along with a few experts, we looked at what was necessary to be able to start back up again in safe conditions.

A major first step that we can announce in this is the restart of TA’OR BOX manufacturing on Monday 6 April. The production of the components for this pull-out system is fully automated. Where human intervention is nonetheless needed, we have taken measures to rule out any form of contamination.

At the start of our production, we will start producing outstanding orders. The most current delivery time for new orders, you can always follow on this website.

We are pleased that, thanks to the efforts of all our staff, we are able to resume delivery of pre-mounted box systems. Our TA’OR BOX contains everything needed to be a perfect fit for your projects. We would like to introduce you to its features (once more) below.

In the meantime, our search for ways to restart our production lines for LEGRABOX and TANDEMBOX as well will continue unabated. The nature of these processes means that we need a bit more time to make adjustments there. Hopefully we will be able to restart these lines within 2 to 3 weeks as well. If you have an urgent need for pre-mounted box systems in the meantime, TA’OR BOX makes the perfect alternative to LEGRABOX. Nothing about your working method needs to change for this – all measurements are identical for both types of box system.

Meanwhile, we are of course continuing to follow the government measures and will always adapt our activities to the latest recommendations.

Do you have any questions or can we help you with anything? Then please do not hesitate to contact our staff. They will be glad to help you further.  Or take a look at our FAQ page, where we already collected a lot of relevant information.

In the meantime, please stay safe and take good care of your families.

Kind regards,

Peter Van Hoecke
