The end of the year is fast approaching. But we will continue unabated to provide you with the best products and advice. Even in the current circumstances, we do everything in our power to keep our service up to standard. However, we have noticed that we are also affected by the large global customer demand, traditional end-of-year printing and certain COVID-related measures. As a result, delivery times for preassembled drawers, for example, can be slightly longer than you would otherwise be used to. To find out the most current delivery times, please visit our webshop. The delivery date on our order confirmations is the effective date on which you will receive your goods.
From today, 2 November, our showroom will be closed to external visitors until 13 December.
Field staff will remain (digitally) accessible
In view of the current figures and the new measures, we have decided to allow our field staff to work from home as much as possible. They normally come to a lot of places, but now we think it would be better to limit the number of contacts. We are doing this out of safety for them, but certainly also for the people with whom they would normally come into contact.
However, they remain accessible and can certainly visit for urgent matters, e.g. machine problems. By the way, did you know that you can reach them via videocall?
